Support Coordination / Specialist Support Coordination

At Medister our support coordinators want to support you with understanding and using your NDIS plan to work towards your goals. They work with all of your supports to find ways to overcome any challenges that may be impacting you.

Customised help

We also offer specialist support coordination to help address complex barriers that affect your ability to pursue your NDIS goals and hinder your ability to access the right supports. Our specialist support coordinators at Medister work alongside you to design a service that is specific to your needs.

Psychology

At Medister we have a psychology program that is committed to supporting participants improve their mental health and wellbeing. We work with participants, family, other allied health professionals and stakeholders to develop a plan to work towards your goals.

Professional service

All our psychological intervention is by registered psychologists and is underpinned by an evidence-based framework.

Flexible delivery

Our psychologists provide services to both children and adults in a variety of different settings, such as at home, in the community, at school or work

Support workers

Medister offers support workers to assist with personal care, activities of daily living, community participation and other supports related to supporting participants reach their goals.

The key role for our support workers is help participants work on their goals so that they can increase confidence and independence.

Our support workers are person-centred and we are both goal ad process oriented, meaning that the supports you receive will focus on outcomes but is equally s important to enjoy the process and ensure you feel valued.

At Medister we offer electrical works such as sensor or motion lighting and can provide all home electrical work.
